Electronic Systems Unit

The Electronic Systems Unit consists of a group of programmers. Therefore, it is a technical unit developed in 2022 for the purpose of programming all electronic systems that allow the university to provide its electronic services towards full digital transformation, as its programmers were able to program several electronic systems, including:

University Of Basrah Human Resources System.
University Of Basrah E-Mail and Archiving System.
University Of Basrah Activities System.

Tasks of the Electronic Systems Unit

1- Follow up the work and update of the HR system.

2- Follow up the work and update the data of the e-mail system.

3- Preparing periodic meetings with representatives of colleges and university departments of the systems of the unit for cooperation and coordination and to address emergency problems.

4- Providing technical advice to all university formations.

5- Conducting training courses to train university employees on the programs designed by some of the unit's programmers.
