The University of Basra / Department of Studies and Planning has obtained 951 job numbers for its staff (contracts, those transferred from other ministries / appointments by the Federal Service Council) from the Ministry of Planning / Information Technology Department / Job Number Section.The director of the Department of Studies and Planning, Assistant Professor Muntadhar Jumaa Mahdi, affirmed that the university is nearing the completion of granting job numbers to all of its staff.The head of the Data and Informatics Division in the department (Engineer Zainab Abdul-Ridha Hashim Al-Zubaidi) stated that the distribution of job numbers is taking place proportionally and in collaboration with all university formations.It is worth mentioning that last year saw the granting of 1340 job numbers to university staff (the second batch).
