The Department of Academic Systems is the heart of academic and administrative work in any institution, aiming to ensure the smooth running of education through a wide range of administrative and academic tasks. The administrative department is an important part of the college/university structure, as it is responsible for monitoring and organizing everything related to the educational systems applied at the level of academic departments.

Tasks:-

1- Preparing and following up on study plans

2- Coordinating with academic departments to prepare curricula according to requirements

3- Monitoring curriculum updates to align with scientific developments and labor market needs

4- Implementing educational systems (applying ministerial instructions in study systems: semester-based, annual, credit hours / Bologna process)
