Assistant President of the University of Basrah for Scientific Affairs Chairs Meeting with Associate Deans and Department Heads

The Assistant President of the University of Basrah for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Khazaal, chaired a meeting comprising the Associate Deans for Scientific Affairs and the heads of scientific departments across the university's formations to discuss several scientific files related to the university's workflow and preparations for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The meeting addressed several key areas related to organizing academic and research work, following up on the requirements of university formations, and emphasizing the importance of coordination and cooperation between colleges and scientific departments to enhance institutional performance and raise the standard of educational services.

The meeting highlighted the necessity of strengthening communication between the university presidency and its formations, as well as following up on the implementation of approved plans and instructions to achieve the university's goals and aspirations in developing the educational and research environment.
