Workshop Details
Under the patronage of the Honorable President of the University and under the direct supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Khazal , the Department of Studies and Planning / Data and Informatics Division at the University of Basrah held a specialized workshop on the Human Resources Statistics System and the procedures for entering, reviewing, and uploading information , with the participation of representatives from relevant university formations.
System Importance
M.M. Murtada Kadhim, Director of the Department of Studies and Planning, emphasized the importance of cooperation among the university’s formations and highlighted the role of the Human Resources Statistics System in organizing and standardizing data to provide accurate and reliable information that supports administrative and planning activities.
Standardizing Titles
Bushra Hilal, Assistant Director of the Department, provided an explanation of the mechanism for referring to the approved organizational structure in order to adopt and standardize accurate job and administrative titles when entering data into the system.
System Procedures
The workshop trainer, Eng. Zainab Abdul Ridha Al-Zubaidi, provided a detailed explanation of how to use the system’s tables, standardize titles, review and correct entries, as well as clarify the workflow and the proper procedure for uploading information.
Building an Accurate and Reliable Database
The workshop aimed to review and correct data, standardize titles, and explain the workflow of the system, ensuring the establishment of an accurate and reliable human resources database. This contributes to improving data quality and ensuring accurate results for all university formations in general and the Ministry in particular.
