HR System Unit

The human resources system is one of the most important systems that the cadres of the University of Basrah were able to accomplish, as the system provides all the administrative information belonging to each affiliate at the University of Basrah, and by using it, we were able to reduce the time and effort to follow up on this data. This unit was established in 2022 for the purpose of following up the work and continuous updating of the system for the purpose of following up the movement of employees at the university administratively and scientifically.


Tasks of the HR System Unit

1- Continuous follow-up with all formations to update the data in the human resources system.

2- Extracting data from the system and organizing it according to the purpose for which it was withdrawn.

3- Cooperating with the Administrative and Financial Department for the purpose of providing them with all the required data for all university employees.

4- Preparing periodic meetings with representatives of databases in the faculties and departments of the university for cooperation and coordination for the purpose of continuous updating of the system's databases.

5- Providing administrative and analytical advice to all university formations.

6- Conducting training courses to train the employees of the university formations on the program and all updates and how to deal with them.

7- Updating the job descriptions of the university employees and participating in the transfer of cadres according to the needs of the formations for specializations and preparation.
